Veronica M. Rodriguez is a licensed mental health counselor, who has excelled in a diverse number of roles over the last two decades in behavioral interventions and social services; as a case manager, family services and parenting counselor, outpatient therapist, Applied Behavioral Analysis Trainer, Clinical Documentation and Compliance Specialist, and Clinical Compliance Consultant. Veronica received her BS degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. In 2005, she received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. After graduating from Nova, Veronica worked for various agencies and eventually opened a successful private practice and consulting company. Veronica has specialized in youth and family services, sexual abuse, dependency court cases, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and substance abuse services. Prior to becoming COO, Veronica provided extensive clinical supervision, program coordination, and evaluation, staff development and training, curriculum development, assessment, and treatment; as well as consulting on clinical operations, ethical practices, policies and procedures, Electronic Health Record (HER) Development, and payer reimbursement for over five years.
